摘要:电机应用于交通、工业和农业等各大领域,随着网络的发展,电机控制系统的网络 化、智能化和远程控制是大势所趋,因此研究电机的远程控制是具有重要的现实意义。
本文针对企业的实际需求,研究了基于物联网的硬件控制技术,设计开发了基于 Web 的远程电机控制系统,并做出相应的实物来验证系统的可行性。根据控制电机系统设计 要求,设计了控制系统的总体架构及运行流程:整个系统由硬件系统、软件系统及网络 通信系统组成,经网络通信系统接受并发送指令,再由软件系统统一编译转换为控制信 号,最终作用于硬件系统,控制相应设备,实现电机的远程控制。
远程电机控制系统的设计开发,将会极大的改善生产过程,提高设备可用率,降低 成本,提高效益。

Title The Control System For Motor Based on Web Server
Abstract:Motor is widely used in transportation, industry and agriculture. With the development of the network, the intelligent and remote control of motor control system become the trend. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the remote control of motor.
Based on the actual needs of enterprises, the paper have a study about the hardware control technology of Internet,and make a design about the remote motor control system. The feasibility of the system is also verified. According to the requirements of the control motor system, the overall structure and operation flow of the control system are designed. The whole system is composed of hardware system, software system and network communication system. The network communication system can accept and send the instruction, and the software system can transform the instruction into control signal, and the signal act on the hardware system to control the corresponding equipment on the final role, to achieve remote control of the motor.
The design of remote motor control system will greatly improve the production process and equipment availability, thereby reducing costs and improving efficiency.
