摘要:本文主要阐述了用于冷敷的四度功能微胶囊的制备方法,即以相变材料正十四烷为芯材,无机物碳酸钙为壁材,用原位聚合法在水相中聚合形成可以在一定条件下具有恒温四度的功能微胶囊。本文还研究了该微胶囊在不同条件下的制备效果以及其最终产品得率。在保持正十四烷芯材和碳酸钙比例1﹕1的条件下,加入体系浓度10﹪的芯材(质量浓度),加入芯材比例的10﹪SDS(十二烷基磺酸钠),最佳温度80℃,搅拌速率800r/min,结合得出的微胶囊成品最佳,包埋率75.6﹪。

Preparation of four degrees Celsius functional Microcapsules for cold application
Abstract: In this thesis, the preparation method of functional microcapsules with four degrees Celsius for cold application is described, which can be formed by in-situ polymerization in the aqueous phase with n-tetradecane as the core material and inorganic calcium carbonate as the shell material. Under certain conditions, the microcapsules have a constant temperature of four degrees. This thesis also studied the preparation effect of the microcapsule under different conditions and the final product yield. Under the condition that adding 10﹪(mass concentration) n-tetradecane as the core material to the system the ratio of n-tetradecane core material and calcium carbonate is maintained at 1:1, 10% SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) is added to the proportion of the core material , at the optimal temperature 80℃and the stirring rate 800 r/min , which can get the best microcapsules with the yield of 75.6%.
