摘 要:目的 调查大学生雾霾个人防护认知、态度和行为的现状,为制定雾霾个人防护行为干预措施提供依据。方法 采用随机分层整群抽样方法,抽取杭州市下沙高教园区6所高校一至四年级551名大学生进行问卷调查。结果 10.7%的大学生接受过雾霾知识教育。大学生雾霾个人防护知识、态度和行为得分均值分别为6.45±2.08、12.77±1.67、2.03±1.14分,雾霾天气个人防护率为54.8%。多数人愿意采取防霾行为。专业、空气质量主观评价、因雾霾感到不适、雾霾防护态度得分、空气质量APP知晓和使用是大学生防霾行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 大学生雾霾个人防护态度积极,但防护知识、行为水平较低,高校开展防霾知识的教育力度不够,需加强防霾宣教,开展学校健康教育,早期预防雾霾带来的健康危害。

ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the present situation of the college students’ knowledge, attitude, and behavior of personal protection of fog and haze, and provide scientific evidence for the personal protective behavior strategies among undergraduate students. Methods Random Stratified Cluster Sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among grade 1 to grade 4 college students of six universities in Hangzhou. Result Only 10.7% of college students have had courses or seminars on haze-related knowledge in school. The average grade of sample in KAP of personal protection against fog and haze were respectively 6.45±2.08, 12.77±1.67 and 2.03 ±1.14, and personal protective rate in haze weather was 54.8%. Most of students are willing to strengthen personal protective actions. The factors affecting protective behavior of college students in hazy weather include professional, subjective assessment of air quality, whether feeling malaise due to the haze, know and use of air quality APP and the attitude(P<0.05). Conclusion College students’ attitude of personal protection of Fog and haze is high, but they are lack of haze related knowledge and behavior. It is not enough for universities to carry out personal protective knowledge of fog and haze. Universities need to strengthen the education on the prevention of haze protection to prevent the health hazards of fog and haze.
