Abstract：Based on the studies of body language and the practice of business negotiations, the thesis explores the effective application of body language business negotiations and attentions.

A Business negotiationis a battle between people and people. Apart from paying attention to language, negotiators are also supposed to care about the application of body language. So, this thesis is intended to show negotiators some basic body language in business negotiations with some typical cases and give some suggestions to negotiators during the application of body language in business negotiations.

In this thesis, body language is pided into three parts: head movements, facial expressions and gestures. From these three parts, the thesis discussed the different meanings in different situations, time and cultural backgrounds. In this paper, through case analysis and documentary research, the author tries to figure out all meanings of body language and to tell you some attentions  when applying body language in business negotiations

Lastly, for different instances, the thesis gives some effective suggestions while analyzing the different meaning in different situations.

本文以肢体语言研究和商务谈判的实践为基础，分析了在肢体语言在商务谈判中 的有效运用并给出了一些注意事项。 

商务谈判是人与人之间的对抗。除了有声语言，肢体语言这样的无声语言值得人 们关注。本文旨在通过一些经典案例给大家呈现肢体语言在商务谈判中的实际运用并给 出针对性的建议。 

本文分为三个部分，头部语言，面部表情和手势。通过案例分析法和文献研究法 分析这三类肢体语言在商务谈判的不同场景不同文化中的有效运用。 

最后，针对不同的情况，在分析肢体语言含义的同时也给出了一些有效的建议。
