摘要:研究目的：计算分析我国主要城市的土地集约利用度，从横向和纵向视角，探究我国主要城市土地集约利用度及其影响因素之间的关系。研究方法：文献分析法，熵值法，面板数据回归法。研究结果：2000-2014年我国主要城市的土地集约利用度持续增加，其中北京、天津、上海等东部、中部城市增幅较大，太原、兰州等西部城市增幅较小；区位条件，城市经济发展水平，城市产业结构，城市化，城市等级等对我国主要城市土地集约利用度会产生不同影响。研究结论：中、东、西部城市土地集约利用度的起点不同，增长速度不同，且差异明显；城市经济发展水平对土地集约利用度的影响曲线呈正U型；产业结构优化促进城市土地集约利用；城市化对土地集约利用的影响曲线呈倒U型；城市等级越高，规模越大，有利于实现土地集约利用。

Study on Influence Factors of Land Use Intensity Based on Panel Data of Major Cities in China

Abstract：The purposes of this paper are calculating and analyzing the land intensive degree of major cities in China, and to explore the relationship between land intensive utilization and its influencing factors of major cities in China from horizontal and vertical perspectives. Research methods: literature analysis, entropy evaluation method, panel data regression method. The results show that the land intensive utilization of major cities in China is increasing from 2000 to 2014, among which Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and other eastern and central cities increase greatly, and the western cities such as Taiyuan and Lanzhou increase less. The location conditions and the level of urban economic development, the urban industrial structure, urbanization, the urban hierarchy and so on will have different effects on the land use intensity of major cities in China. The conclusion is that the starting point of the urban land use intensity in central, eastern and western cities is different, their growth rate is different as well and obvious. The influence of the urban economic development level on the land use intensity is positive U-shaped. Optimizing the industrial structure has promoted the urban land intensive use. The impact of urbanization on land intensive use is inverted U-shaped; the higher the city level, the larger the scale, the more conducive to the realization of land use intensity.
