摘要：19世纪末，我国最严重的五大寄生虫病之一的黑热病开始蔓延，对人民的身心健康及社会的发展造成极大的危害。苏北，是黑热病流行非常严重的地区之。1912—1927年属于北洋政府的统治时期，政权更迭频繁，但在黑热病迅速蔓延的情况下，民间各方人士针对此采取了一系列的应对措施，淮阴仁慈医院、宿迁仁济医院等教会医院在研究和治疗黑热病的过程中起到了很大的作用，中医也在努力研究，外国专家为调查研究做出了很大的贡献。但由于总体医疗水平落后，资金缺乏等原因，最终收效甚微。

Abstract:At the end of the nineteenth Century, Kala Azar, one of the five most serious parasitic diseases in China, began to spread, which caused great harm to people's physical and mental health and social development. Northern Jiangsu is a region with a very serious epidemic of kala Azar. From 1912 to 1927, the government was ruled by the Beiyang government, and the regime changed frequently. But in the case of the rapid spread of the black fever, the folk parties took a series of measures to deal with it. The church hospitals in Huaiyin benevolent hospital and Suqian Renji Hospital have played a great role in the study and treatment of black fever. Doctors are also studying hard, and foreign experts have made great contributions to the investigation and research. However, due to the backwardness of the general medical level and the lack of funds, the result is very little.

一、引言

19世纪晚期，五大寄生虫之一的黑热病（又称痞块病）开始在我国各省流行,对我国人民的身心健康造成了严重的危害。黑热病又名内脏利什曼病。本病在临床医学上的特点为长期不规则发热，肝脾肿大尤以脾大更为显著，消瘦、贫血、白细胞及血小板减少，丙种球蛋白增多。

随着黑热病的流传，苏北也成为最为严重的地区之一。黑热病发生后，社会各方也积极响应，采取一些较为科学的措施，对黑热病的控制和防御起到一定的积极作用，但是由于当时社会环境复杂等种种因素，收效甚微。 民国时期苏北黑热病之流布与民间应对:http://www.chuibin.com/wenxue/lunwen_206134.html
