沿江湿地浮游轮虫群落结构时空变化研究

摘要：为了杭州下沙沿江的轮虫群落结构变化规律及水质状况，本研究在沿江湿地范围内圈定一定的范围，选三个采样点，依托原有的数据和结论开展试验，主要调查湿地的水质与轮虫在一年四季里的变化情况，具体来说，水质的检测指标主要有总磷、总氮、溶解氧、PH值等；水生生物的检测主要是对轮虫群落进行定性定量分析。在每年的1月、4月、7月、11月开展检测（可分别代表春夏秋冬4个季节），每次测河道的三个断面，旨在了解湿地生物多样性现状后，对症下药，为日后的生物多样性恢复试验提供依据。

Abstract：In order to improve the structure and water quality of rotifer community in xisha river in hangzhou. In this study,a certain range was delineated in the area of the wetland,and three sampling points were selected, carry out the experiment with the original data and conclusion, The water quality of wetlands and the change of rotifers in the four seasons were investigated, In particular, the test indexes of water quality mainly include total phosphorus, total nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, PH value, etc. The detection of biomaterials is mainly a qualitative and quantitative analysis of rotifers. Testing in January, April, July and November each year (which can represent four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter), Each time the three sections of the river were measured to understand the present situation of wetland biopersity, and to provide the basis for future biological persity recovery experiments.

1 前言

轮虫是淡水浮游动物的重要组成部分，广泛分布于湖泊、池塘、江河、近海等各类淡、咸水水体中。它是浮游动物的主要类群，其个体的发育时间短，周期快，生产量高，通常占整个浮游动物生产量的10%～40% [1]，轮虫对水体生态系统结构、功能和生物生产力有着重要作用。轮虫对环境变化反应灵敏[2]，它的种类与数量的分布特征与水体的营养水平存在很大的关系，能较好地反映水体的变化情况和营养状况[3-5]，其群落结构的动态变化规律是了解水域生态系统结构和功能的重要内容之一[3]。国内外许多学者将轮虫的生态特征作为水质评价的依据。研究轮虫在水域中的种类组成和丰度变化对沿江湿地的环境监测具有重要意义。沿江湿地浮游轮虫群落结构时空变化研究:http://www.chuibin.com/shengwu/lunwen_206444.html
