摘　　要：如今在经济全球化的大潮中，企业想要立根并且发展地长远，就一定要形成和维持企业的核心竞争优势。而企业的盈利能力则是其生存和成长的基础,保持企业持续盈利的能力是企业竞争优势形成的保障。

本文以歌尔股份有限公司近三年的财务数据为基础依据，通过计算相关指标，对公司的盈利能力进行深入分析，综合评价歌尔股份有限公司财务状况，并寻找影响其盈利能力的因素。与此同时针对研究的结论，提出有利于歌尔股份有限公司发展的相应建议，从而改进盈利能力，提高企业的利润率，以此使歌尔股份有限公司可长期持续发展下去。

Abstract：Nowadays if enterprises want to root and develop for a long term in the tide of economic globalization, they must form and maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises. The profitability of enterprises is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. The ability to maintain sustained profitability is the guarantee of the formation of competitive advantage.

This article which is based on nearly three years of financial data of Goertek Stock Corporation analyses the further profitability of the company through the calculation of relevant indicators, then evaluate GoerTek roundly and find out factors that affect profitability. At the same time according to the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions in order to improve the development and profitability of GoerTek.  Finally in this way, GoerTek can develop sustainably for a long time.
