摘 要:随着时代的发展,包芯线技术是如今主流的炉外精炼技术,于是包芯线机组便应 运而生。包芯线机组的过程,是把一条任意长度或宽度的带钢,通过不同结构以及直径大 小的轧辊,把带钢扎压变形,料斗加入粉剂(脱氧剂、脱硫剂、变质剂、合金等), 轧辊扎压锁口,轧辊压实使粉料致密,并卷线机排线卷取。得益于成型工艺水平的提高和完善,这项技术的能够或许很大的经济效益和社会 意义,它拥有占地面积小,机构简单,技术简单,成本低,炼钢效果好等优秀的特点。
但经过多方考察,更小体积和更注重环保的包芯线机组,拥有更多的意义。 本毕业设计根据减小体积和环保的理念进行设计,论文重点分别从轧辊的设计,传动结构的设计,整体结构的设计,NX 机电概念一体化设计等来完成毕设论文的撰写。
