摘要:随着空气污染问题的加剧,对烟尘浓度测量的需求日益增加。为了满足快速测量烟 尘浓度的要求,本文针对基于光散射法的烟尘浓度测量技术开展研究。分析对比了各种 烟尘浓度测量方式的优点和不足,研究了光散射浓度测量法的原理,通过对米氏散射散 射光强的计算公式和 Rosin-Rammler 分布函数的分析,得出了散射光强与质量浓度成一次 线性关系的规律,以此提出了烟尘浓度测量样机的总体方案,设计了样机光路结构、机 械构架、外部壳体和探测电路图,研制出测量装置样机,并在烟道中开展了样机性能测 试实验,实验结果表明样机能够快速测量出烟尘的实时浓度。

Abstract:With the increase in air pollution problems, the demand for soot concentration measurement is increasing. In order to meet the requirement of rapid measurement of soot concentration, this paper studies the smoke concentration measurement technology based on light scattering method. The advantages and disadvantages of various smoke and dust concentration measurement methods are compared and analyzed. The principle of light scattering concentration measurement is studied.
