摘 要:教学应当是一个师生之间互动、合作的沟通过程,在小学课堂教学活动中, 师生沟通可谓是完成教学任务的基本途径之一。然而在目前的小学教育中,师生 沟通存在着诸多问题,沟通过于形式化、教师欠缺沟通的方法和技巧、课堂沟通 由教师垄断等等,这些问题严重影响了教学质量和教学效果。甚至于,因为师生 沟通的不顺畅,导致了诸多师生乃至教师与家长之间的冲突事件,因此研究小学 课堂师生沟通存在的问题,究其原因并提出改善小学课堂师生沟通的良策,对小 学课堂教育实践有着重大意义。
本文第一部分对小学课堂师生沟通进行了相关探析,以汤姆·G·吉诺特的 “和谐沟通”理论为理论基础,界定了“师生课堂沟通”的含义,总结分析了课 堂教学中师生沟通的方式以及良好的小学课堂师生沟通应该具备怎样的特征,并 在此基础之上,概括了师生沟通对于课堂教学的意义所在。本文第二部分通过课 堂观察法和访谈法,深入探究、分析小学课堂师生沟通存在的具体问题。本文的 第三部分主要具体阐述了引发小学课堂师生沟通问题的具体原因。最后,结合教 学实践,从树立尊重、接纳和真诚的沟通理念、创设和谐、民主的课堂情境、实 现师生间的平等沟通以及培养沟通技巧这四个具体方面提出了解决小学课堂师 生沟通问题的对策,希望这些建议能有助于师生之间开展有效而顺畅的课堂沟 通。

A Study on the Problems and Measures on Communication between the Teachers and the Students
Abstract:Teaching should be a communication and the process between teachers and students. In classroom teaching activities, teacher-student communication can be characterized as one of the basic ways to complete teaching tasks. However, in the current primary education, there are many problems in communication between teachers and students, communication is too formal, teachers lack communication methods and skills, classroom communication by teachers’ monopoly, etc., these problems seriously affect the quality of teaching and teaching results. Even because the communication between teachers and students is not smooth, leading to a lot of conflicts between teachers and students, even teachers and parents. Therefore, it is very important to study the problems of classroom communication between teachers and students, and to improve the communication between teachers and students.
The first part of this article is linked to the communication between teachers and students in primary school. Based on Tom G. Ginot's theory of "harmonious communication", the meaning of "teacher-student classroom communication" is defined. This paper summarizes the ways of communication between teachers and students in classroom teaching and the characteristics of good teacher and student communication in primary school classroom. On this basis, it summarizes the significance of teacher - student communication to classroom teaching. The second part of this article through classroom observation and interview method, in-depth exploration, analysis of primary school teachers and students to communicate the specific problems. The third part of this paper mainly elaborates the concrete reason that causes the teacher and student communication problem in the primary school
classroom.
