摘 要:MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses,大规模在线开放课程),是一种新的在线教育模式。 但事实上,学生对MOOC的学习动力却面领着高耗损率。本研究从信息交互的角度探讨了MOOC平台不能保证其用户完成课程的原因。还为平台提供了提高完成率和提高学生的总体满意度的对策。通过绘制信息交互图,找出导致MOOC高退学率的平台信息交互功能的相关因素,主要有学生学习动机约束力不足、教师资源不能满足学生需求、MOOC平台缺乏竞争意识等。于是,针对平台信息交互功能制定了一系列对策,以提高在线学习的完成率,让更多的学生得以顺利毕业。

Abstract:MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses)is a new online education model. Many MOOCs initiatives continue to report high attrition rates among distance education students. This study investigates why platform failed to keep their users studying MOOCs from the perspective of information interaction. It also provides strategies for platform that can be implemented to increase the retention rate as well as increasing overall student satisfaction. Through drawing an information interaction diagram, find the most significant factors on information interaction function of the platform that cause high attrition rate of MOOCs are identified. The reasons found are lack of learners’ motivation, lack of teacher resources and lack of a sense of competition in MOOCs. As a result, some strategies are identified to increase the online completion rate, and will allow more online students to graduate.
