内容摘要:近年来，赏识教育、激励教育大流行，教师们对“惩罚”讳莫如深，惟恐被冠以虐待儿童的恶名。但其实惩罚作为一种教育手段，要与赏识教育相结合，它们是彼此兼容而非对立的。本文通过了解幼儿园中教师使用惩罚的现状，分析惩罚在幼儿园教育中的实用性和误区，并提出一些使用原则和相关策略，以帮助幼儿教师对惩罚教育有更好的认识和把握。

Abstract:In recent years, the popularity of education and the encouragement of education have been greatly appreciated. Teachers have been very shy about "punishment", lest they should be labeled as child abuse. But in fact, punishment, as a means of education, should be combined with the recognition of education, which is compatible with each other rather than antagonistic. Kindergarten teachers use punishment through understanding of the status quo, analysis of punishment in practicability and pitfalls of kindergarten education, and puts forward some principles and strategies, to help teachers to punish education have a better understanding and grasp.

一、前 言

（一）研究缘由

惩罚教育作为一种教育手段，自教育产生之日就存在于教育领域，是教育中与生俱来、不可分离的一部分，也是教育过程中的一种内在表现、内在必然。冉玉霞老师在《学校教育中的惩罚与学生发展》中写到“教师不敢惩罚是不正常的教育现象”。在赏识教育流行的大背景下，许多教师怕背负“缺乏师德”，而对幼儿的一些不良行为习惯视而不见，轻拿轻放。

近年来，幼儿园不断被爆出老师虐待孩子，对孩子使用暴力，社会影响巨大。家长对老师也是越来越缺乏信任，在孩子口袋装录音笔，要求在教室每个角落装监控等等，更加深了教师与家长之间的隔阂。惩罚，作为一种与赏识不同的教育方法，经常地被误解、误用。但作为一个教师，无论如何都是避不开教育惩罚的。

因此当下，重提“惩罚教育”是十分有必要的。惩罚教育如果运用恰当的话，它还会成为赏识教育的积极补充。
