摘 要 :目的 了解公共事业管理专业(公共事业管理)和服务与健康管理专业(下文统称公共事业管理专业)学生职业选择的意向情况、分析其影响因素,为当下公共事业管理专业学生就业提供参考与建议。方法 采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对杭州师范大学、浙江中医药大学、杭州医学院等专科学校的共420名公共事业管理专业学生进行调查。对分类变量采取频数和构成比描述,通过卡方检验与二分类Logistic多元回归法分析公共事业管理专业学生在职业选择时的主要影响因素。结果 职业选择现状:有54.5%的学生选择事业单位,27.9%的学生选择去医院,有86.3%学生的选择在城市就业,只有13.7%选择去基层。职业选择单因素分析结果:影响学生职业选择意向的因素主要有性别、生源地、成绩、薪酬福利、个人发展空间以及学校就业指导工作。职业选择多因素分析结果:选择去事业单位的分析结果:认为个人发展空间非常重要的学生选择去事业单位的是认为个人发展空间不重要的1.35倍(p=0.004);认为社会地位非常重要的学生选择去事业单位的是认为社会地位不重要的1.63倍(p=0.019);选择去医院的分析结果:认为薪酬福利非常重要的学生选择去医院就业的是认为薪酬福利不重要的1.7倍(p=0.031);认为专业对口非常重要的是认为专业对口不重要的1.67倍(p=0.017);选择去基层工作的分析结果:认为政府政策非常重要的的选择去基层的是认为政府政策不重要的1.4倍(p=0.031);认为社会舆论非常重要的学生选择去基层的是认为社会舆论不重要的0.7倍(p=0.021)。结论 学生应当努力提升自身素质、积极改变就业观念,学校加强就业指导、探索并完善专业设置,政府政策给予支持,努力营造良好的就业环境。

Abstract:Objective To understand the intention of public career management students’ career choices and analyze their influencing factors. Provide reference and suggestions for current employment management of student employment. Methods Using a self-designed questionnaire,420 public career management students public career management students from Hangzhou Normal University, Zhe Jiang Chinese Medical University , and Hangzhou Medical College were investigated.The frequency and composition ratio of the categorical variables were described, and the main influencing factors of students in selecting hospitals and selecting working units were analyzed by chi-square test and binary logistic regression analysis. Results analysis of existing circumstance:54.5 percent of graduates Choosing public service unit to work,27.9 percent of graduates Choosing hospital to work,86.3 percent of graduates Choosing big city,only 13.7 percent of graduates is willing to go to the grassroots employment.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the factors affecting the employment intention of medical students at the grass-roots level mainly include gender, place of origin, achievement, salary and welfare, personal development space, and school employment guidance.The results of multi-factor analysis of career choice: The results of the analysis of selected institutions: The students who believe that personal development space is very important are those who choose to go to institutions as 1.35 times that of personal development space is not important (p=0.004); they believe that social status is very important.
