摘要:本文首先以ZIF-8和淀粉为原料制备了ZIF-8包覆淀粉(Z-S),然后利用SEM、FTIR、TGA和XRD等检测方法对Z-S的形貌、结构和热稳定性等方面进行了表征。结果证明成功合成了Z-S,并且Z-S热稳定性较好。随后使用共混的方法制备了不同配方的PLA/Z-S系列复合材料,同时利用FTIR、TGA、DSC、XRD、LOI测试和拉伸测试等手段对该系列复合材料的阻燃性能、微观形态、物质组成和晶体结构等进行了表征。结果表明:Z-S提高了聚乳酸的力学性能和阻燃性能,当Z-S的含量为5 wt%时,复合材料的LOI值达到26.0%。此外,通过SEM,XRD以及拉曼等测试方法对复合材料燃烧后生成的残炭也进行进一步的分析。

Title Study On the Preparation and Properties of Flame Retardant Polymer Composites Modified with Nano-MOFs
Abstract :In this paper,ZIF-8 coated starch (Z-S) was prepared from ZIF-8 and starch as raw materials and the morphology, structure and thermal stability of Z-S were characterized by SEM, FTIR, TGA and XRD.It proved that Z-S had been successfully synthesized and possessed good thermal stability. Then polylactic acid / Z-S composites with different formulations were prepared by solution–blending and film-casting methods.The microstructures, material composition, crystal structure, flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the composites were characterized by FTIR, TGA, DSC, XRD, LOI and tensile tests.The results showed that the addition of Z-S improved the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the PLA/Z-S nanocomposites. Compared with 20.5% of pure PLA, the LOI value of the nanocomposite film containing 5 wt% Z-S reached 26.0%. The char residues after burning were studied in detail by scanning electron microscopy, XRD and Raman.
