摘要 四苯乙烯衍生物具有很多独特的光电性能和生物活性,在生物成像和光电材料等很多范围的应用前景都非常广泛。本文阐述了以二苯基酮为原料,首先合成四苯乙烯,然后由发烟硝酸和醋酸氧化,得到四硝基四苯乙烯,接着还原得到四氨基四苯乙烯,然后与三氯三嗪反应得到8-氯-四苯乙烯衍生物,产物再与乙胺反应,得到四乙基-四氯-四苯乙烯衍生物,最后再与烯丙基胺反应得到四烯丙基胺-四乙胺-四苯乙烯衍生物。最后经过质谱、元素分析、核磁氢谱和碳谱对该配合物进行全方面的表征,同时对在试验过程当中对有可能影响收率的影响因素(反应温度、反应时间、催化剂的类型等)进行实验研究,从而通过改变反应条件来提高产物的收率。

Abstract:etrastyrene derivatives have a lot of unique photoelectric properties and biological activities, and they have a wide range of application prospects in many fields such as bioimaging and photoelectric materials. This article describes the use of diphenyl ketone as raw material, the first synthesis of tetrastyrene, and then by the oxidation of fuming nitric acid and acetic acid, to obtain tetranitro tetrastyrene, followed by reduction to tetraaminotetrazole, and then reacted with trichlorotriazine An 8-chloro-tetrastyryl derivative is obtained, and the product is reacted with ethylamine to obtain a tetraethyl-tetrachloro-tetrastyrene derivative, and finally reacted with allylamine to obtain tetraallylamine-tetraethylamine. -tetrastyryl derivatives. Finally, the complexes were characterized by mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic protons and carbon spectra. At the same time, the influencing factors (reaction temperature, reaction time, type of catalyst, etc.) that may affect the yield during the test were analyzed. Experimental studies were conducted to improve the yield of the product by changing the reaction conditions.
