摘    要：本论文主要采用调查法和文献研究法，统计分析了基于新零售业态下的盒马鲜生供应链情况。盒马运用了大数据分析和智能化技术；实现仓配一体化；多业态融合等新模式。但是其在供应链运营中存在的四大问题：（1）供应渠道分散，与供应商协调性不强，（2）冷链运输成本高；最大化降低亏损率（3）自营配送成本高（4）销售领域的客户服务有待改善。针对盒马鲜生运营中就生鲜供应链，消费者需求，门店扩张、线上转换率、配送方面提出相应的建议。

This paper mainly adopts the survey method and literature research method, and makes a statistical analysis of the box and horse fresh supply chain based on the new retail format. The box horse used big data analysis and intelligent technology, and realized the new mode of warehousing and distribution integration, multi format fusion and so on. But there are four problems in the supply chain operation: (1) the distribution of supply channels, poor coordination with suppliers, (2) high cost of cold chain transportation, the maximum cost of reducing the loss rate (3) high self distribution cost (4) to improve the customer service in the sales field. The corresponding suggestions are put forward for fresh supply chain, consumer demand, store expansion, online conversion rate and distribution.
