摘 要：贫困的发生制约着人民生活水平的提高，国家的进步，所以必须要关注贫困人口。旅游精准扶贫作为一种无污染的扶贫方式成为扶贫工作中的重要策略，它不是输血式扶贫,而是结合了扶志与扶智的扶贫，这是一种造血式的扶贫，能够激发贫困地区人民脱贫的积极性，让他们主动脱贫，。拥有丰富的自然景观和历史遗迹的沂蒙山区搭上了旅游精准扶贫快车，从开始推行旅游精准扶贫沂蒙老区的相关政府部门便格外重视，制定了旅游精准扶贫规划、成立了专门的旅游精准扶贫、设立了旅游精准扶贫专项资金、划定了旅游精准扶贫重点村落，在各方的努力下，山东沂蒙老区的旅游精准扶贫取得了很多重点突破。但是在推行过程中也存在许多问题，需要进行调查研究并且予以解决。
