摘  要：生育意愿是在一定因素的影响下，人们对后代的数量、性别等方面的愿望和要求，从微观角度来看，生育意愿左右着个人及家庭的生活；从宏观角度来看，生育意愿是影响国家人口水平和整个社会发展的重要因素。

随着经济发展进入“新常态”，为适应经济发展，延长人口红利，我国于2016年1月1日正式启动“全面二孩”政策。研究该政策下居民的生育意愿，对政策的完善、人口结构的优化有着重要价值。本文以青岛地区即墨市为例，调查当地育龄家庭中男性成员的二孩生育意愿，分析影响因素，展望未来人口发展趋势。统计分析表明：46.1%的受访者表示愿意生育二孩，27.3%的受访者对生育二孩持否定态度，另有26.6%的受访者表示暂时没有想好是否生育二孩，可见在该地区二孩的生育意愿较为强烈。在二孩的性别选择上，大多数受访者没有特定偏好（58.6%），而希望生女孩的比例占28.1%，男孩为13.3%，这与人们传统印象中的重男轻女大相径庭。另外，本文还从年龄、职业、家庭状况等方面比较分析了影响生育意愿的因素，并针对问题提供了相应的建议，旨在为政策的完善提供参考。

An Empirical Study of the Willingness of Male Members of the Family Under the Comprehensive Two-child Policy -- For Example, In the City of Jimo

Abstract：Fertility intentions is under the influence of some factors, the number of people for generations, sex desire and demand, from the micro perspective, fertility intentions about personal and family life; From a macro point of view, the will is an important factor affecting the national population level and the whole social development.

As the economy develops into a "new normal", China will officially launch the "comprehensive two-child" policy on January 1, 2016, in order to accommodate economic development and extend the demographic pidend. It is of great value to study the willingness of the people in the policy to improve the policy and optimize the population structure. Based on Qingdao jimo region as an example, this paper investigate the local two male members of the child in the family of child-bearing age fertility intentions, analysis of influencing factors, looking to the future population trends. Statistical analysis showed that 46.1% of respondents said they would like to have two children, 27.3% of respondents to have held a denial attitude to have two children, and 26.6% of respondents said they had not wanted to good whether to have two children, visible in the region's second child birth wishes more strongly. On the second child of sex selection, most of the respondents (58.6%), no specific preference in the hope that the proportion of girls accounted for 28.1%, the boy was 13.3%, the preference for sons in the traditional impression with people. In addition, this article also from the aspects of age, occupation, family situation and so on comparative analysis of the factors that affect fertility intentions, and provides the corresponding Suggestions in view of the problem, aims to provide a reference for the improvement of the policy.
