免费师范生的就业政策问题研究

摘要：2007 年我国6所教育部直属师范大学开始施行师范生免费教育，这标志着我国新的师范教育变革的开始。而就业政策是该政策的重要一部分。本文首先介绍了有关免费师范政策的相关研究，发现有关就业政策的研究较少。然后介绍了免费师范生就业政策的内容，调查和分析政策中存在的问题和弊端并探析问题的根本原因，最后提出完善就业政策的对策和建议。通过查阅文献和访谈的方法剖析当前免费师范生就业政策存在的问题，在此基础上提出完善的对策和建议，以期能够促进免费师范生政策顺利的实施，促进教育事业的健康快速发展。

A study on the Employment Policy of Free normal School students

Abstract: In 2007, six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education in China began to implement free education for normal students, which marked the beginning of the reform of China's new normal education. Employment policy is an important part of this policy. This article first introduced related studies on free teacher education policies and found that there are few studies on employment policies. Then it introduced the contents of free teacher education policy, investigated and analyzed the problems and drawbacks in the policy, and analyzed the root causes of the problem. Finally, it put forward measures and suggestions for improving the employment policy. By analyzing the literature and interview methods, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current employment policy for free normal school students, and puts forward sound countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of this, in order to promote the smooth implementation of the free normal student policy and promote the healthy and rapid development of education.
