摘 要：农村社区医疗卫生服务是社区建设的重要部分，它是在政府领导，社区机构指引下，在农村社区开展的，以农村居民为服务对象，实现社区医疗功能性作用的基础卫生服务。农村社区医疗水平获得长足进步的同时，还存在着医疗制度不完善、专业人才不足、基础设施不完善、缺乏价格优势、服务意识淡薄等诸多问题。当前农村社区医疗卫生服务水平的进一步提升还需完善医疗制度、加强人才培养、完善基础设施、收费合理化、提高服务意识,以促进我国农村社区医疗卫生服务的健康发展。

Strategic Research on Improving the Level of Medical Service in Rural Communities in China
Abstract：The rural community medical and health service is an important part of community construction. It is under the guidance of government leaders and community agencies, carried out in rural communities, and serves rural residents as basic services for the functional role of community medical services. While the level of medical care in the rural community has made great progress, there are still many problems such as imperfect medical systems, lack of professional talents, imperfect infrastructure, lack of price advantages, and weak awareness of services. At present, the further improvement of the level of medical and health services in rural communities needs to improve the medical system, strengthen personnel training, improve infrastructure, rationalize charges, and increase service awareness so as to promote the healthy development of medical and health services in rural communities in China.

当今时代，社会经济快速发展，随之而来的是农村社区居民的生活水平大幅度地提升。因此，提升农村社区医疗卫生服务水平，建立健全农村社区的医疗服务机构体系，促进农村医疗服务质量的提高已经变得越来越重要。目前，我国农村社区的医疗服务虽然有所建设，但仍存在着一系列的问题亟待解决。这个问题与农村社区居民的生活质量息息相关，农民看病就医是关系到国计民生的重大课题。随着社会的不断发展，人们生活水平和认知水平得到提高，人们对健康的定义已经不是停留在无疾病上，健康观念也发生了很大的变化，从以前的“看好病” 变成了现在的“不得病”。所以社区的服务内容也发生了改变，主要包括：社区防御、社区医疗、社区保健、社区康复、社区健康教育和社区计划生育技术指导。医疗卫生服务的发展要以健康为中心、以家庭为单位、在社区内开展的为社区居民提供预防、医疗、保健、康复、健康教育、计划生育技术指导为一体的有效、方便、快捷、综合、连续的基层卫生服务。 提升我国农村社区医疗卫生服务水平的策略研究:http://www.chuibin.com/guanli/lunwen_205921.html
