摘要：农村土地整治是促进土地资源的可持续利用，保障农村发展，推进社会主义新农村建设和城乡统筹发展的重要措施。我国于上世纪90年代后期提出了土地整治并予以实施。十多年来，我国农村土地整治在提高农业综合生产能力、加快农业现代化、推进工业化和城镇化进程及实现城乡统筹发展等方面发挥了重要作用。近年来，国家十分重视农村的发展，各地纷纷开展了美丽乡村的一系列建设活动。农村土地整治是人类利用和改造自然的工程措施之一。它既是实现耕地占补平衡、完善农业生产设施条件、实现土地规模经营、改善农民生产生活条件、治理水土流失的有效途径，也是建设美丽新农村的重要手段。本文以南京市为例，通过推南京市美丽乡村建设现状的分析，了解土地整治与美丽乡村建设的相互关系，并对于如何利用农村土地整治推动美丽乡村建设提出相关的意见建议。

The Beautiful Rural Construction Research Based on Rural Land Consolidation
——a case study of Nanjing
Abstract： Rural land consolidation is an important means to improve exploitation efficiency of rural land,ensure rural development and promote the building of new socialist countryside and the balanced urban and rural development. In the late 1990s,our country put forward the land consolidation and brought it into force.The rural land consolidation of our country has played an important role in improving comprehensive agricultural productivity,speeding up the agricultural modernization,developing the process of industrialization and urbanization and realizing urban and rural overall development plan for more than a decade. Recently,our country pay more attention on the development of the countryside.All over the country have carried out a series of construction activities in the beautiful countryside.Rural land consolidation is one of the engineering measures for human being to utilize and transform nature.Rural land consolidation is the effective way to achieve balance, improve agricultural production facilities, realize the scale management of land, improve farmers' production and living conditions, control soil erosion of arable land,and also an important means of the new beautiful rural construction.This paper takes Nanjing city as an example, through the analysis of Nanjing City push the beautiful countryside construction status, understand the relationship between land consolidation and the construction of the beautiful countryside, and how to use the rural land remediation and put forward relevant opinions and suggestions to promote the construction of the beautiful countryside.
