摘要:时代在发展,科学在进步,人们对电子元器件的需求量也在日益增多。而电子硬件系统正是由不同功能的电子元器件紧密构成,每个元器件都在其中起着不可或缺的作用,缺一不可。因此设计一个严谨安全的电信号测量仪能为我们的工作带来很多帮助。
仪器本身由电源模块,显示模块,测量模块三个模块构成。电源模块采用能在测量段落获得电力,不需要再从外部获取能源。作为本系统的重点部分,测量模块扮演着很重要的部分。电路实现对频率(0~64khz)和幅度值(0.1v~5v)的测量,并把误差缩小到一定范围内。显示模块运用了LED可同时显示出测量所得的频率和幅值。并且设有报警电路,使电路更加安全可靠。经使用后程序运行流畅,操作简单。该系统以msp430为核心,结合单片机的计算功能设计了测量方波正弦波频率幅度的电信号测量仪,测量标准符合要求。
