摘要:随着当今社会的飞速发展,电路的集成化和小型化已经成为主流。我们都知道庞大的电路可能出现各种各样的故障,这就需要我们准确测量电路中的某个电阻的大小或者某一条线路的电流大小以检测故障所在。如果用以往的方法测电流就需要把线路截断然后在中间串接电流表,测电阻就需要把电阻的引脚焊下,这样的测量方式既容易破坏电路,测量误差又大。最近几年,在线测量技术凭借其简单可靠的特点,逐渐进入了人们的视野。在线测量技术也叫做等电势差隔离技术。它可以在保证电路完好的情况下准确测量印制线路板上的电流和电阻等参数。因此,在线测量技术不仅实用性强而且为故障检测和设备检修提供了全新的方法。

Title  Design of on line current and resistance measurement system based on single chip microcomputer           

Abstract:With the rapid development of today's society, the integration and miniaturization of circuits has become the mainstream. We all know that a large number of circuits may be a variety of faults, which requires us to accurately measure the size of a resistor in the circuit or the current of a circuit to detect the fault location. If the measured current by the method requires the line block is connected in series with a current in the middle of the table and then, we need to measure the resistance welding pin resistance, measuring way is easy to damage the circuit, measurement error is big. In recent years, online measurement technology has gradually entered people's vision because of its simple and reliable characteristics. The online measurement technology is also called potential isolation technology. The utility model can accurately measure the current and the resistance on the printed circuit board under the condition that the circuit is in good condition. Therefore, on-line measurement technology is not only practical, but also provides a new method for fault detection and maintenance.
