摘要: 现代科学界已初步形成了一门比较完整的可供进行理论计算和数据分析的噪声工程学。然而这些仅仅是建立在没有测量技术和试验进行验证的数学模型上。由于现代科技水平的提高,一些精密仪器设备对噪声的影响提出了更高的要求。要达到这些要求,就必须对噪声进行测量、分析,并通过实验找寻应对的方法。总之,监测噪声不只是在噪声学科领域里有重要意义,并且已经非常广泛的应用到机械制造等各行各业中。

此次设计为一款轻轨沿线噪音检测系统,由 STC89 C52单片机电路+LCD1602液晶显示电路+声音传感器电路( 麦克风咪头)+ 蓝牙模块电路+电源电路组成。声音传感器可以把检测到的声信号转换成电磁信号,通过电路把电信号传到单片机里。芯片可以通过单片机把一个计算机系统集成一个微型的计算机, 并在液晶1602上实时显示噪音等级(0-100)。 可以更加直观的观察到当时声音的大小,通过蓝牙将噪音等级上传到手机 APP,通过手机 APP可以实时查看记录噪音等级, 为后面的研究分析保留最原始的数据,有助于解决噪音污染的治理。

Vibration and noise monitoring system along the light rail

Abstract: The scientific community has gradually formed a relatively complete discipline of noise engineering, which can be used for theoretical calculation and analysis. But these are still built on approximate mathematical models, and must be verified by measuring techniques and experiments. With the development of modern industry and modern science and technology, many instruments and equipment have put forward low noise requirements. It is necessary to analyze and design the noise, and to verify and perfect the design through experiments. In a word, noise measurement not only occupies an important position in the field of noise research, but also has been widely used in various fields, such as mechanical manufacturing, construction engineering, geophysical prospecting, biological medicine and so on.

The design of a noise detection system, this design is composed of STC89C52 microcontroller circuit + sound sensor circuit (microphone head) +LCD1602 LCD display circuit + Bluetooth module circuit + power supply circuit. A sound sensor can convert the detected sound signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is transmitted to a single chip computer. A single chip computer can integrate a computer system into a chip, equivalent to a micro computer, and display a noise level (0-100) on the liquid crystal 1602. You can see the size of the sound more intuitively, upload the noise level to the APP by Bluetooth, and see the record noise level in real time through the mobile APP, and keep the most original data for the later research, and help to solve the noise pollution control.
