摘要:在通信技术日新月异的今天,各种通信器件随着技术的进步而不断更新换代。微波滤波器因其性能可决定系统性能的优劣而在微波通信领域中有着重要地位。随着人们对通信设备小型化,高性能化的要求与日俱增,基片集成波导( )技术应运而生。
本文首先介绍了微波滤波器的设计原理,之后着重阐述了滤波器的耦合机制,并详细说明了 与四分之一模 ( )的基本结构与传输特性。在此基础上,本文提出了边界耦合的二阶以及高阶滤波器的设计方法;采用不同的 技术设计三模带通滤波器;并选择进一步减小尺寸的八分之一模 ,利用相邻耦合的原理设计四阶带通滤波器。本文所提出的新型滤波器均具有良好的带通滤波性能和设计灵活度高的优点,在实际工程中有着较好的使用价值。

Title Design of Novel Substrate Integrated Waveguide Bandpass Filter
Abstract:In the ever-changing communication technology today, various communication devices have upgraded with the progress of technology constantly. Microwave bandpass filter plays an important role in the field of Microwave communication for the merits of system performance is determined by its. With the increasing demand for miniaturization and high performance of communication devices, the Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) technology came into being.
In this paper, the design principle of microwave filter is introduced. Hereafter, the coupling mechanism of the filter is emphasized. And then the basic structure and transmission characteristic of SIW and Quarter-Mode SIW (QMSIW) are described in detail. On the basis of these, the design of a boundary coupled second-order bandpass filter, a three-pole bandpass filter with different structure of QMSIW and a proximity coupled fourth-order bandpass filter using one Eighth SIW resonators for smaller dimension are reported . The novel filters proposed in the paper have good bandpass filtering performance and high design flexibility. Moreover, they have perfect use value in practical engineering.
