Research on current situation and Countermeasures of the education of children of migrant workers——Taking Chuanhui District of Zhoukou city as an example
Abstract: The education of children of migrant workers is a social problem derived from the social transformation of rural population flow. In this paper, Chuanhui District of Zhoukou City, the children of migrant workers as the research object, questionnaire survey and interviews, to Zhoukou City, the children of migrant workers in current education status and existing problems of the comprehensive investigation and study. Then from the system, the reason of management as well as migrant workers and their children itself is analyzed, the improvement of the relevant legal system, the transformation of government functions, strengthen school education function, improve the environment for family education, improve their own quality and several other aspects of the joint efforts of the whole society, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of migrant workers' children education in Zhoukou City.

农民工子女教育问题的现状与对策研究——以周口市川汇区为例前言
在新的时期，中国义务教育出现了一些新的难点和薄弱环节，其中之一就是日益凸显出来的农民工子女教育问题。随着中国经济的快速发展，城乡差距的扩大，农村出现了大量的剩余劳动力，因而大批农民工纷纷涌入城市打工，这在中国已经成为一种新的趋势。“据2010年调查统计，中国大约有两亿多的进城务工人员，在他们的背后有1500多万的随迁子女。”[1]而这些随父母进城的农民工子女的受教育权利不能得到有效的保障。特别是随着城市化进程的加快，农民工子女教育问题已经在社会各界引起了高度反响。
一、进城农民工子女教育现状
虽然农民工子女教育问题已经越来越严重了，但是它并没有得到各级政府的的重视，长期被社会所忽视。通过发放问卷(共500份) 访谈等方法对周口市川汇区马庄小学 ，七一路第二小学，朱庄小学等区域的进城农民工子女及家庭基本情况进行了实地调查。据调查显示，75.3%的农民工表示城里的教育成本太高，况且城里的入学政策对外地人太过苛刻。还有少数的家长表示他们无法供应孩子在城里读书。总之，农民工子女教育的现状不容乐观。
