An Analysis of the Human Resources Synergy in Enterprise Groups—A Case Study of HNWGY
Abstract:Human resources synergy, which aims at promoting .the growth of the enterprise value, achieving synergies and realizing the biggest benefit of enterprise, has become an important methods of parent company to manage the subsidiaries. Using documentary study, questionnaire, etc, the thesis takes HNWGY as a research document to discuss and evaluate the human resources synergy in enterprise groups. The author also performs related research on the identification and realization of the human resources synergy in enterprise groups.
