摘 要:在知识经济时代,人力资源管理实践的价值已经成为衡量企业核心竞争力的标识。由此决定了知识型企业在经济与社会发展中的主导地位。而人力资源管理实践与企业绩效的关系如何,又是知识型企业获取竞争优势的关键。所以对知识型企业人力资源管理实践与企业绩效关系的研究是非常必要的。现对相关知识型企业进行问卷调查,研究结果表明:公司性质、员工人数、公司成立年数在人力资源管理实践及企业绩效上存在差异性;人力资源管理实践及各文度与企业绩效及各文度呈现显著正相关关系;人力资源管理实践及各文度与企业绩效及各文度之间存在显著正影响。并从招聘与甄选、培训与开发、薪酬与激励及员工参与与授权四个方面提出相关建议,以提高企业绩效。33798 毕业论文关键词:知识型企业;人力资源管理实践;企业绩效
Knowledge-based Enterprise Human Resource Management Practice And Enterprise Performance Relationship
Abstract: In the knowledge economy era , the value of human resource management practice has become a measure of enterprise core competitiveness. Thus determines the knowledge-based enterprises which is leading position in the economic and social development. The relationship between human resource management practice and enterprise performance is critical in knowledge-based enterprises to obtain competitive advantage .So it is very necessary to research the relationship between the knowledge-based enterprise human resource management practice and enterprise performance . Knowledge-based enterprises now for the questionnaire survey the results show that the nature of the company , number of employees ,the company set up a number of years in human resource management practice and enterprise performance .Human resources management practice and enterprise performance and each dimension and all dimensions show significant positive correlation and impact. And from the recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and incentive and employee involvement and authorization four aspects put forward relevant suggestions, in order to improve enterprise performance.
