Abstract：2l century is the era of knowledge economy，knowledge and skills occupy an increasingly important position in the enterprise. Owners of knowledge and skills——the performance of knowledge workers will be the key of deciding the inefficiency and the development speed of the company. The incentives of company is able to meet the needs of knowledge workers, has also become the most critical factors of affecting its efficiency and results. Based on the company Y's actual salary incentive mechanism, combined with relevant incentive management theory，to identify problems in the enterprise incentive management. Through the investigation and analysis，trying to figure out the way to help the company Y solving problems of employee incentive in the accelerated phase of the company development.

一、绪论
（一）研究缘起
在2l世纪这个知识经济时代，知识和技能在企业中占据越来越重要的位置，知识和技能的拥有者——知识型员工的表现将成为决定企业效率高低、发展快慢的关键所在。彼得•德鲁克先生在《21世纪的管理挑战》一书中指出：“知识工作者的生产力是21世纪对管理最大的挑战，在发达国家这是他们生存的需要，舍此就别无他法能文持其领导地位和文持其生活水平。”“20世纪企业最值钱的资产是它的生产设备，而21世纪企业或非企业最值钱的资产则是知识工作者及其生产力。”然而，很多企业都或多或少地面临着一定的人才危机，对人才的管理被认为是制约一个企业发展的最大“瓶颈”。
因此，针对Y公司在知识型员工激励机制方面存在的问题，从该企业实际出发，结合相关激励管理理论，反映该企业员工激励管理的现状。通过对该企业知识型员工激励管理的调查和分析，帮助该企业解决在发展加速期遇到的员工管理问题。
