摘要:列车轴温探测系统是对运行的铁路列车车辆轴温进行监测,发现车辆热轴、防止车辆燃轴的安全保障设施。目前列车广泛采用的是红外线轴温探测系统。但是这种利用红外线技术的探测系统不能实时监测列车轴温;并且容易受到列车运行震荡、温度等环境因 素的影响,降低探测结果的可靠性。本课题是基于AT89C52单片机、DS18B20温度传感器以及nRF24L01无线收发模块的轴温监测系统,通过温度传感器对车轴温度进行实时测量,并利用nRF24L01无线收发模块将轴温的实时数据发送至上位机,上位机在采用液晶显示器件对轴温进行显示。本系统可以方便的实现实时的温度采集和显示,并根据列车正常运行时轴温实际情况设置上下限报警温度,使用非常方便,具有误差小,量程范围广,精度高,体积小巧,低功耗等优点。

Design of Train Axle Temperature Monitoring System
Abstract: The train shaft temperature detection system is to monitor the shaft temperature of the running railway train vehicles, find the hot shaft of the vehicle, and prevent the safety facilities of the vehicle's burning shaft. Currently widely used in trains is the infrared axis temperature detection system. However, this detection system using infrared technology cannot monitor the train shaft temperature in real time; and it is susceptible to environmental impact factors such as train operation oscillation and temperature, and reduces the reliability of detection results. This topic is based on the AT89C52singlechip, DS18B20 temperature sensor and nRF24L01 wireless transceiver module axis temperature monitoring system, real-time measurement of the axle temperature through the temperature sensor, and use the nRF24L01 wireless transceiver module to send the real-time data of the axis temperature to the host computer, the host computer The axis temperature is displayed using a liquid crystal display device. The system can conveniently realize real-time temperature acquisition and display, and set the upper and lower limit alarm temperature according to the actual condition of the axle temperature during normal running of the train. It is very convenient to use, has small error, wide measuring range, high precision, small size, low power consumption. Etc.
