摘 要：众所周知，“特级教师”是一种特别的荣誉称号，是国家为了表彰特别优秀的老师而设立的，它的主体是我国的中小学教师。1978年，我国迎来改革开放新时代，也是在这一年，国家正式建立特级教师制度，此后各地陆续开展了特级教师的评选工作。我省在教育厅的领导下，目前已经开展了十四批，处在领跑位置。这不仅彰显了文化大省的形象，也足以看出我省对教育的重视。因此，为了更好地开展与传承这项工作，及时发现特级教师的发展现状显得尤为重要。本文根据近十年来江苏省特级教师名单，结合统计学理论知识和方法，运用R语言统计软件，分析了我省历次特级教师的地区分布，性别比例，任教学段，任教学科等情况及发展趋势，揭示特级教师发展存在的问题及内在规律，以便我省相关机构调整特级教师的入选结构和比例、评选条件与方法。

The Analysis Of The Development Rules And Problems Of The Special Grade Teachers In Jiangsu
Abstract： As everyone knows, "Special Gread teacher" is a special honor, which is established to recognize outstanding teachers . it is the main body of China's primary and secondary school teachers .In 1978 , China ushered in a new era of reform and opening. Also in that year, the state formally established super teacher system. Then the country started to carry out the grade teacher evaluation work in our province. Under the leadership of the Department of education,the work has launched fourteen batches in the lead position. It not only demonstrates the cultural image of the province,but also is enough to see that our province's emphasis on education. Therefore, in order to carry out the work and inheritance, discovering the development status of Superfine Teacher is very important. This paper is based on nearly ten years of special teachers list of Jiangsu Province and combined with statistical theory and methods. The use of R language software analyzes the regional distribution of our province, the previous teacher's sex ratio, the level of school, teaching subjects and the trend of development and reveals the existing problems in the development of teachers and internal rules. So it may contribute to restructuring special teachers selected structure and proportion, selection conditions and methods.
