不同LED光质组合对马铃薯试管苗生长的影响

试管苗的壮苗培养直接关系微型薯的诱导[28]和马铃薯的移栽成活率。因此只有培养出叶色浓绿、根茎生长良好,生物量较高的试管苗,才能诱导出高产优质的试管薯或提高移栽成活率

摘要:本试验的试验材料为马铃薯早熟品种‘费乌瑞它’脱毒试管苗。试验采用不同LED光源组合,在环境可控的植物组培室内,定量研究不同光质组合对马铃薯脱毒试管苗生长的影响,筛选出最适合马铃薯试管苗生长的光质组合,为马铃薯试管苗工厂化生产中LED光源的使用提供理论依据,且为进一步提高脱毒种薯的生产进程奠定基础。本试验设置红蓝白3000k、红蓝白6000k、红蓝黄和红蓝绿四个光质组合处理,把LED白光6000k作为对照。培养30d后,测定各处理试管苗的形态指标、生物量、光合色素及主要碳氮产物含量。结果表明:1、红蓝白3000k光质组合下马铃薯试管苗的株高最高,但叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量最低;2、红蓝白6000k光质组合促进马铃薯试管苗的茎粗增大、叶片数增多、根鲜质量和干质量增加和试管苗的可溶性蛋白积累;3、红蓝黄光质组合下马铃薯试管苗的茎叶鲜重和干重、单株鲜重和干重、可溶性糖及淀粉含量均有最大值,且壮苗指数最大为0.71;4、红蓝绿光质组合促进马铃薯试管苗根系生长,试管苗生根数最多,根长最大,叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量最高;5、LED白光6000k下马铃薯试管苗的生根数最少,且白光抑制茎和根的伸长,同时白光6000k下马铃薯试管苗可溶性糖含量最低。综合分析得出:红蓝黄光质组合下马铃薯试管苗长势最好,有利于培养壮苗,提高移栽成活率,为马铃薯试管苗工厂化生产的最适LED光质组合。

Effects of Different Composite LED Light Sources on the Growth of Potato Plantlets in vitro

Abstract:The experimental material for this experiment was potato virus-killed ‘Favorita’ virus-free plantlets. Different LED light source combinations were used to quantitatively study the effects of different light quality combinations on the growth of potato virus-free test-tube seedlings in an environmentally controlled plant tissue culture room, and the light quality combinations that are most suitable for the growth of potato tube seedlings were selected and used as potato test-tube seedlings. The use of LED light sources in industrial production provides a theoretical basis and lays a foundation for further improving the production process of virus-free seed potatoes. In this experiment, four light quality combinations of red blue white 3000k, red blue white 6000k, red blue yellow and red blue green were set, and the white light 6000k was used as a control. After 30 days of culture, the morphological indicators, biomass, photosynthetic pigments, and major carbon and nitrogen product contents of each treated tube seedling were measured. The results showed that:1. The plant height of potato plantlets under the combination of red, blue and white 3000k light quality was the highest, but the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids was the lowest; 2. The combination of red, blue and white 6000k light quality promoted the increase of stem diameter and leaf of potato plantlets. Increased number, root mass and dry weight and soluble protein accumulation in tube seedlings; 3. Fresh weight and dry weight of stems and leaves of potato tubers, fresh weight and dry weight of inpidual plants, soluble sugar and starch content under the combination of red, blue and yellow light All have maximum value, and the strongest seedling index is 0.71; 4. Red-blue-green light quality combination promotes root growth of potato tube-plantlets. Tube roots have the largest number of roots, the largest root length, and the highest content of chlorophyll and carotenoids; 5. LED white light The rooting number of potato tubers under 6000k was the least, and the white light inhibited the elongation of stems and roots. At the same time, the content of soluble sugar in potato tubers under 6000k was the lowest. Comprehensive analysis showed that the growth of potato tube seedlings under red-blue-yellow light mass combination was the best, which was conducive to the cultivation of strong seedlings and improved the survival rate of transplanting.
