摘 要:生活在 21 世纪,物质丰富,垃圾也非常繁杂,现今小型垃圾处理器结构简单, 加工过的效果不是很理想,常见的问题主要有 1、加工的材料种类单一;2、容易出 现缠绕并引起堵转;3、加工效率低等。
为解决以上问题,特设计一种多用途垃圾粉碎机,主要技术方案如下:
(1)为了防止粉碎机在工作时发生缠绕堵转,需限制刀具与筛板之间的距离, 在刀盘之间的间隙间安装篦板。
(2)为了适应对不同材料的加工,安装刀具、刀盘的轴需可以调速,考虑改变 电源频率 f,采用可控硅变频器控制电动机转速。
(3)为了适应不同工况,设计过载保护电路,当超出工作能力范围,保护电路 需及时切断电源,停止发动机的转动。
主要内容包括:1、整机方案的设计;2、零部件的设计;3、原动机类型和型号 的选择;4、减速器类型和带传动类型的选用与经济和实用性分析;5、主要零部件 的强度校核;6、控制电路。本设计主要应用了三维建模软件 solidworks2014 建所需 的三维零件并组装成装配体。利用制图软件 AutoCAD 绘制和修改二维零件图和装配 图。
本设计结构简单、原理简单,制造成本低,刀具和刀盘采用分离组装式,便于 维修和更换,实用性高,应用范围广,具有很好的发展前景。
