摘要:摆动装置作为一种常见的机械装置,在工程领域发挥着重要的作用。本文主要是设计一种基于Solidworks设计的水下摆动装置模型。在功能上实现发射筒可以搭载模拟弹,在水深15米处进行模拟弹的发射。
这篇文章首先介绍了常见的可实现摆动功能的此类机构并介绍了摆动装置的研究现状。然后通过Fluent仿真,模拟水下发射筒的圆柱绕流速度场及压力场分布。通过数值计算得到发射过程中的水阻力扭矩和科氏力矩。根据转矩和转速要求,进行了电机的选型、齿轮的设计及装配结构的设计。最后通过Solidworks对装置进行建模,旨在设计出能实现预期功能的水下摆动装置。

Title:The structural design and analysis of an underwater swing device
Abstract:Swing device as a common mechanism, plays an important role in the engineering field. This paper mainly designs a model of underwater swing based on Solidworks design. In the function of the launch tube can be equipped with simulated bombs, in the water depth of 15 meters to simulate the launch of the bomb.
This article first introduces the common institutions that can realize the swing function and introduces the research status of the swing device. Then, through the Fluent simulation, the velocity field and the pressure field distribution of the cylinder are simulated. The water resistance torque and Coriolis moment in the launching process are obtained by numerical calculation.According to the torque and speed requirements, the motor selection, gear design and assembly structure design are carried out. Finally, the device is modeled by Solidworks to design an underwater swing device that achieves the desired function.
