功能晶格结构激光增材设计制造及力学性能测试研究

基于SLM选择激光熔融技术,以四种典型晶格类型的模型为研究目标,通过有限元仿真与力学压缩实验相结合的方法,研究不同类型晶格结构在压力作用下力学性能的优劣性。

摘要:晶格曲面结构是复杂零部件在增材制造过程中常用的一种处理零件的方法。 通过在 零件表面、零件内部设计具有一定分布规律的晶格结构对原来的实心区域、桁架结构进行 替换,实现对零件的结构造型优化。晶格造型方法不仅可以实现零件的轻量化设计,而且 影响到结构件成形过程中的应力分布,是抑制翘曲变形、保障尺寸精度的关键措施。尤其 是在对金属零件的增材制造过程中,晶格曲面不仅可以满足强度高、散热性好等要求,还 可以大量减少材料的消耗,降低关键部件的生产成本。

本课题以探究晶格支撑结构的力学性能为目标,拟研究增材制造的关键技术,通过增 材制造工艺展现零部件设计的优化理念。结合晶格曲面造型设计、力学性能仿真、增材制 造及力学性能试验等多个方面开展对课题内容的研究。从三维建模角度优化零件 的拓扑 结构和内部形态,实现对结构改善后的关键功能部件的力学性能分析,为金属零件的晶格 结构设计提供参考方案。

Title Research on modeling method of selective laser melting and mechanical properties

Abstract:The lattice surface structure is a commonly used method for handling complex parts in additive manufacturing. By the way of replacing the regular lattice modeling with the primary solid area in the surface of the part and the interior of the part to achieve the structural optimization of the parts. The lattice modeling method can not only realize the lightweight design of the parts, but also affects the stress distribution in the forming process of the part, which is the critical measure to prevent deformation and ensure the dimensional accuracy. Especially in the additive manufacturing of the metal part, the lattice surface can not only meet the high strength, good heat dissipation requirements, but also can greatly reduce the consumption of materials and the cost of production of key components.

In order to explore the mechanical properties of the lattice support structure, this paper aims to study the key technology of the production of the additive manufacturing, show the optimization concept of the parts design is through the additive manufacturing. Combined with lattice surface modeling design, mechanical properties simulation, material manufacturing and mechanical properties test and other aspects, carry out the study of the subject content. Optimizing the topological structure and internal shape of the parts from the perspective of 3D modeling, realizing the mechanical properties analysis of the key functional components after the structural improvement, which provides a reference scheme for the lattice structure design of metal parts.
