摘要:锻压机械广泛的应用在各个工业领域,如汽车制造、机床生产、航空航天等。曲柄压力机占到了锻压机械的一半以上,具有高效率,低能耗和节省成本的优点。压力机传动系统的设计直接关系到压力机的整体布局、运行可靠度和使用寿命,制约着压力机的工作性能。
课题以YS1-125型闭式单点压力机为对象,对其传动系统进行设计和研究。根据给定的压力机的技术参数,结合行业标准完成了传动系统布置、传动级数选择和各级速比分配、离合器和制动器的设计与安装、电机的选型、飞轮的设计以及机身材料的选型设计。同时对典型零部件进行了设计、校核,最后利用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件对传动机构进行了三维建模及仿真分析。

Title Design and Research of Transmission system of YS1-125 Closed Single-point Press
Abstract:Forging machinery in the social production is widely used in various industrial fields, such as automobile manufacturing, machine tool production, aerospace and so on. The use of mechanical transmission crank press accounted for more than half of the forging machinery, with high efficiency, low energy consumption and cost savings advantages. The design of the press drive system is directly related to the overall layout of the press, work reliability and service life, which restricts the working performance of the press.
The YS1-125 closed single point press is used to complete the design and research of its transmission system. According to the technical parameters of the given press, combined with the industry standard, this paper carried out the transmission system layout, transmission series selection and speed ratio distribution, clutch and brake design and installation, motor selection, flywheel design and selection of body materials. At the same time, the typical parts are designed and verified. Finally, the three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis of the transmission mechanism are carried out by using SolidWorks and ANSYS.
