摘 要：现阶段伴随着互联网普及程度的不断加大，它正在改变着我们青少年的生活学习方式，并使我们的自我认知与思维方式深深地被影响着，但是，对于正处于在身心发展活跃期的我们青少年来说，互联网并非带来的都是好的一方面，也为我们带来了许多不利的一面，对于我们青少年正在形成的人生观体系产生了许多波动的影响，阻碍了我们青少年前行的轨迹。当前，网络成瘾的青少年不断增多，这些青少年会整天沉浸在网络的世界中无法自拔，这会导致他们的视力，体质都会受到影响，而且更有不易被察觉到的心理影响，譬如情绪消极，不自信，不爱与人交流，甚至最后导致自闭性的心理疾病。更为严重的因素还有，由于网络中的暴力游戏与人互动产生的冲动会间接诱发了青少年的暴力倾向，近年来，因为暴力游戏导致的青少年犯罪呈上升的态势。
本文对青少年对网络的接触使用以及产生的成瘾现象做了简要分析判断，也展示网络成瘾青少年对于他们对自身学习方面，自我性格塑造的方面和对家庭社会的方面等造成的不良后果。并且具体依照青少年产生网络成瘾现象的原因提出了有见解的解决措施。对于这些已经产生网络成瘾现象的青少年来说，只有通过他们周围各方面因素的努力与影响，从他们本身出发，在社会，学校等方面采取有效的对策，才可以使青少年被成功的预防和断除网络成瘾现象，让他们健康快乐地成长。
Abstract：With the deepening of the popularization of computer network, the network is changing the way of learning and life of teenagers, affecting their emotional emotion, self consciousness and thinking mode. However, for teenagers who are in the "great development" period, the network brings them not all the gospel, but also brings them a lot of negative shadows. Loud music has a huge impact on their world outlook, values and outlook on life, distorting their normal growth trajectory. At present, the number of Internet addicts is increasing, and the addicts are addicted to the network all day long, and their eyesight is declining, their physique becomes weak, the mood is low, the self evaluation is reduced, the lack of communication with others, the autism tendency, and psychological barriers are caused. What is more serious is that violent interaction games in the network are easy to induce juveniles' impulses. In recent years, all kinds of crimes related to Internet are increasing.
Based on the basic situation of Internet use and the tendency of Internet addiction, this paper reveals the adverse effects of Internet addiction on students' academic, family, physical and mental health, moral personality and so on. From the aspects of students themselves, society, family and school, this paper explores the causes of Internet Addiction of adolescents, and puts forward specific countermeasures according to the reasons. It is only through the efforts of the whole society to take measures from the angle of the youth itself, the society, the school and the family to succeed in preventing and abstinence from the youth, and making the students grow up healthily.
