摘    要：本文以杭州市金秋钱塘养老公寓为调查地点，将刚入住1-3个月的27位老人为调查对象。通过问卷调查、访谈，了解新入住机构老人适应生活的基本情况，分析其不适应机构生活的具体表现及原因。在小组动力及社会支持理论指导下，选取入园后存在情绪及社会交往困境的8位老人为组员，参与适应性小组活动。通过团体的氛围和力量改变组员入住养老院后的消极情绪、发掘个人兴趣爱好、调动个人参与园区活动的积极性及扩大园区的人际交往圈，逐渐适应园区生活。此外，本次活动后笔者也反思了社会工作者在介入服务时，就提升自身专业素养、选择服务对象，实现介入效果最优化和增强服务的持续性相关思考。

Abstract：In this paper, 27 elderly people who have just been in the city for 1 to 3 months are investigated. Through questionnaire survey and interview, the author learned about the basic situation of the old people adjusting to life, and analyzed their specific performance and reasons. Under the guidance of group dynamics and social support theory, eight elderly people with emotional and social difficulties were selected to participate in the adaptive group activities. Through group atmosphere and the strength change of team members in a nursing home after negative emotions, to discover personal interests and hobbies, arouse the enthusiasm of inpiduals to participate in the activities of the park and enlarge the interpersonal circle of park, gradually adapt to campus life.In addition, the event after the author reflects on the social workers involved in service, the service object is to raise their professional choice, implement intervention effect optimization and strengthen the sustainability of service related to think.
