摘    要：民宿业在这两年得到了空前的发展，但是真正能够称的上“精品”的民宿零星可数。同时民宿无文化现象严重，并且无民宿之实：民宿的商业化、酒店化、城市化，以及对民宿理念的消费给民宿业的发展带来了负面影响。本文旨在通过对莫干山民宿的研究分析，总结莫干山民宿发展的优劣势，并提出关于精品民宿在生态旅游、休闲旅游大热潮背景下发展的策略。
