摘要:科技随着时代在不断发展,时至今日国内外的企业的科技技术基础都经历了性的发展与突破。在不断尝试技术突破的过程中,经验的不断累积都会为企业在管理、组织、制度和观念等一些方面带来跃进。在现今完善的法律法规的保障下申请专利权、保护并挖掘其潜在价值是最持久可靠地保证企业竞争力的方法。思科作为世界网络设备行业最大的巨头,通过其几十年的文化沉淀,资本积累与正确的专利战略选择,思科在美国本土的垄断地位已不言而喻,而思科也从未满足,将目光投向全世界尤其是人口、市场都最为广泛的中国。而思科进入中国市场后为了保证其一直以来的行业垄断地位通过其已有的专利资源与专利战略不断挤压中国企业的生存空间,并通过专利权未中国企业设置技术壁垒,在这样的情况下,中国企业受到了极大的威胁,所以中国企业如何应付这样的局面和如何通过思科专利战略找到相应对策使这篇文章所要研究的。
本文通过参考市场营销学中的部分市场理论,结合专利战略理论基础,以思科为例,研究其在国内市场现状与发展趋势,着重研究思科专利战略在国内外差异与其专利战略同市场策略的关联着重其原因与效果的分析,从原有的专利战略中找到问题进行分析提出建议,让其通过专利战略增加其在国内外市场的影响力。

Abstract:With the continuous development of science and technology, the technological and technological foundations of companies both at home and abroad have undergone revolutionary development and breakthroughs. In the process of constantly trying out technological breakthroughs, the continuous accumulation of experience will bring about a leap forward in the aspects of management, organization, system, and concepts. The application of patent rights, protection and excavation of potential value under the protection of today's laws and regulations is the most durable and reliable way to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises. Cisco is the largest giant in the world's network equipment industry. Through decades of cultural accumulation, capital accumulation and correct patent strategy selection, Cisco’s monopoly position in the United States has been self-evident, and Cisco has never been satisfied. Invest in the world, especially China, which has the most extensive population and market. After Cisco entered the Chinese market, in order to ensure that its monopoly position in the industry has continuously squeezed the survival space of Chinese enterprises through its existing patent resources and patent strategy, and set up technical barriers through patent rights for Chinese companies, in this case Chinese companies have been greatly threatened, so how Chinese companies deal with such situations and how to find the appropriate countermeasures through the Cisco patent strategy make this article to be studied.
In this paper, by reference to the part of the market marketing theory, combined with the theoretical basis, patent strategy to Cisco as an example, studies the current situation and trend of development in the domestic market, this paper studies the Cisco patent strategy differences both at home and abroad and its patent strategy associated with marketing strategy focuses on the cause and effect analysis, found in the original patent strategy problem analysis, is suggested through the patent strategy to increase its influence in the domestic and foreign markets.
