摘要：新型农村合作医疗制度在我国实施了很多年，本文主要针对其满意度及影响因素进行了深入研究。首先通过文献研究法，本文对该制度满意度的背景、目的和意义进行了说明；其次，对新型农村合作医疗制度的理论基础进行了详细的分析，并且对国内外农村医疗保险制度的发展现状以及研究现状进行了大概了解。基于该制度已经存在的理论基础，本文利用实证研究——相关性分析去评估现行新型农村合作医疗制度的满意度以及其影响因素。以郑州市中原区须水镇中心医院作为新型农村合作医疗制度的满意度的调查地点，来设计调查问卷。以期能够提升此次调查的可靠性及准确性，同时辅以对一些农民的访谈，。本文主要从三个方面综合探究农民对新农合政策的满意度，包括定点医疗机构、制度设计以及政府工作三个不同层面，采用Excel与SPSS软件分析问卷所收集到的数据，并将其进行分类、总结和比较分析。采用描述性统计图和表格，并采用相关性分析，去深入分析影响新农合制度满意度的因素，最终在此基础上提出政策建议。主要包括新农合医疗机构的建设方向、新农合制度的完善以及如何改善公共服务与政府工作三个方面，期望能给提升须水镇乃至更大范围内的新农合的满意度提供一些有价值的建议。

Study the satisfaction of The New Rural Cooperative Medical System and give suggestions, taking Xushui Town, Zhengzhou City as an example.

Abstract: The numerous number of rural population in China takes up for more than half of the country’s total population. Farmer’s living standards and income are far lower than those who live in cities. The basic medical needs are difficult to meet since the traditional medical security policies are hard to keep affecting the whole society. The gradual weakening role of the existed medical system has imposing an urgent need to establish a medical system that can guarantee the peasants to get medical treatment, which is also an important measure to protect and improve people’s livelihood. The New Rural Cooperative Medical System is an important system which solves the problems such as ‘poverty due to illness’ and ‘back to poverty due to illness’ which also aims to provide farmers with higher quality medical services as well as improve the rural residents’ health standards of.

This article first adopts the literature research method through consulting extensively relevant literature essays, meanwhile, expounds the backgrounds, purposes and significance of studying the satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical system, also, this article summarizes the development of rural medical insurance system at home and abroad as well as current situation and literature research status. Second, with the guidance of theoretical research, empirical research is used to evaluate the satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical system. Through questionnaire, a random sampling method was adopted to investigate the satisfaction of NCMS in the center hospital of Xushui Town, Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City. In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of the questionnaires, I interviewed some of the farmers who took part in this investigation. I also investigate people’s satisfaction of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System from three aspects including designated medical institutions, system design and government. The data collected from the questionnaires were classified, summarized and compared through analytical software such as Excel, SPSS, etc. Descriptive statistics and tables are mainly used, and a correlation analysis is introduced to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System. Finally, based on the investigations and analysis I did, I put forward some policy recommendations including how the designated medical institution should be built, how the system design should be improved and how to improve the government and public service so that it may provide with some suggestions on improving the satisfaction of the New Rural Cooperative Medial System in Xushui Town even in bigger places. 新农合的满意度研究及优化建议以郑州市须水为例:http://www.chuibin.com/guanli/lunwen_205606.html
