Abstract：Along with the socio-economic development and people's living standards constantly improving, demand for beverages and alcohol increases. Therefore the high-end industrial automatic filling equipment are also promoted. This paper designs and manufactures a liquid filling machine intelligent control system for automated production line of beer. This system is composed by HOLLSYS LM3106A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and Holly view industrial control configuration software and Shihlin SS22-023-0.75K inverter composition. We conducted energy dissipation test experiment and canned beer production experiment based on PID control. The experiment proves that the production efficiency of the system has improved the percent of 11.27. Energy consumption of the system has also reduced. So the system which has Advantage of high working efficiency and energy saving can be applied in production in the future.

I. INTRODUCTION

CPU module is responsible for the switch quantity control of filling machine system, Including the movement of filling head solenoid valve, cylinder control of electromagnetic valve,electromagnetic valve can save material and filling machine start or stop. And have to all kinds of photoelectric switches, liquid level sensor detection, etc.
This machine is equipped with high precision automatic isobaric filling valve, filling speed, bottled liquid level height is stable, and air pressure is constant. The largest filling capacity is 1250 ml; the minimum filling capacity is 240 ml, suitable for glass bottles, PET, cans, etc. the control form includes automatic control and manual control .
The machine drive system uses frequency conversion motor, Can according to the production of canned reasonable to adjust motor rotation speed. Hydraulic cylinder is equipped with liquid level automatic controller, if in the process, there have unfilled bottle phenomenon, the machine can immediately automatically stop filling.
This design is based on the research of filling machine of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control system, integrated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), frequency converter control and the application of computer technology, more paragraphs of the frequency converter speed control by PLC, make the speed of the motor as feedback signal detected changes, so as to achieve control of the filling machine filling speed, make the filling machine programming convenient, and improve the efficiency of industrial production.
At the same time make filling machine maintenance convenient, saving the time of adjustment program, increase the flexible of filling machine, stable and reliable running at the same time.
