Therefore, the development of liquid filling machine has potential market. Filling machine production of various filling machine manufacturers present in filling capacity, efficiency, appropriate bottle type range and degree of automation has its advantages and disadvantages, greatly restricts the product quality and production efficiency. Filling machine is a kind of packaging machinery, widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Using filling machine can not only improve labour productivity, reduce the loss of product to ensure the quality of packaging, and can reduce the production environment is loaded with cross-contamination of materials. Thus, modern packaging industry is generally mechanized filling machine
. The beer line filling machine is used for carbonated beverage (beer, soft drinks, sparkling beer, and cola) filling.
Using HOLLYSYS LM PLC for control of the filling machine and CPU module switch is responsible for filling machine control system , including the filling head solenoid valve, cylinder sports solenoid valves, storage tank solenoid valve control and filling machines start and stop controls.
A variety of photoelectric switches, liquid level sensor detection equipped with high-precision automatic pressure filling valve, filling fast, highly stable liquid bottling , constant pressure on the machine. The maximum filling capacity is 1250ml; minimum filling volume of 240 ml, apply to glass bottles, PET, cans and so on. Control form includes automatic control and manual control in two ways.
Transmission of the machine adopts frequency control motor, it is reasonable to adjust the rotation speed of the motor based on canned production. If no bottle produced in the bottling process, can automatically stop filling cylinder fitted with automatic level control . This design is the study of filling machine control system based on PLC, the application of integrated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control, frequency control and computer technology, through the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to inverter multi segment speed, so that the motor speed as feedback signal changes are detected, so as to control the filling machine filling speed, so that the filling machine programming convenience and improve industrial production efficiency.
At the same time, the filling machine maintenance convenience, saving time adjustment program, increase the filling machine is flexible , stable and reliable operation.
II．SYSTEM COMPOSITION
A. The Structure of the Control System
Using PLC as the control system of the main control device, sensor as the detecting device, frequency converter as the motor speed control device and a connected to a computer through a communication protocol or connected with HT7A00T man-machine human-computer interface.

To monitor the production line and record data processing products, the filler control system consists of a main Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and 3 auxiliary expand Programmable Logic Controller (PLC),main PLC is LM3106A,filling machine ,checkout switch, panel buttons, inverter motor control and electromagnetic valve. By Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) according to the detection of sensor signal by editing program to complete a series of actions such as filling Fig.1.
B. The Control System Algorithm
Motor speed signal of this system is turned into electrical signal by the transmitter and loaded into the controller. On the
basis of the signal, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) automatic shows a data.
