分析了国内外关于弹簧成型机的现状,并阐述了论文的研究方向,即弹簧成型机设计的PLC控制程序和PROFACE人机交互界面触摸屏设计。

摘要:伴随着倡导的工业4.0国家战略的实施,要想整体提高我国机械制造工业水平,逐步赶超以德国为首的欧洲整体机械化水准,就要着眼于基础制造业,这里包括各种机械元器件的设计、制造、更新换代。本文所涉猎的就是工业生产中离不开的最基础的工业元器件-弹簧的制造控制系统。伴随着人们在物资文化方面的要求逐步提高,工业生产自动化中对弹簧生产的要求也水涨船高,要求弹簧具有多样性、准确性、精确性,这就对生产弹簧的弹簧自动成型机提出了更高的要求。

本文研究探讨自动化生产设备中的弹簧成型机的控制系统,利用PLC实现对弹簧成型机进行生产加工的控制,通过设计触摸屏控制界面,实现PLC算法和人机界面的通讯。本文主要内容如下:研究探讨弹簧成型机的工作原理、设计编写控制弹簧成型机的PLC程序和控制弹簧成型机的触摸屏界面。经过对PLC程序运行调试,达到语法正确、程序可执行的目的,同时对PLC和触摸屏控制系统的性价比及可靠性进行验证,在制造工艺上满足弹簧成型机操作的技术要求,同时兼顾了实用性。

Title    The Spring Molding Machine controlled by PLC Algorithm With PROFACE Screen                                 

Abstract:Along with the implementation of industrial President Xi Jinping advocated 4 national strategy, to improve the overall level of China's machinery manufacturing industry, and gradually catch up with Europe overall mechanization level led by Germany, will focus on the manufacturing base, here including the design, manufacturing, machinery and components replacement. What this article has dabbled in is the most basic industrial component, the manufacturing control system of spring, which is indispensable in industrial production. With the requirement of people in material culture gradually increased, requirements for the spring production of industrial production automation in the rising requirements of spring with persity and accuracy, which put forward higher requirements on the production of automatic molding machine。

This paper studies the control system of spring forming machine automation in production equipment, to achieve control of production and processing of spring forming machine by PLC, through the design of touch screen control interface, the realization of PLC algorithm and human-machine interface communication. The main contents of this paper are as follows: study the working principle of the spring forming machine, design and write the PLC program of the control spring forming machine and the touch screen interface of it. After the PLC program debugging, to achieve the correct syntax, an executable program, at the same time cost and reliability of the PLC and touch screen control system is verified to meet the requirements of the operation of spring forming machine technology in the manufacturing process, taking into account the practical.
