摘 要:半潜式平台,顾名思义就是平台一半潜在水面以下的移动式平台,值得一提的是它其实是由坐底式平台演化而来的。半潜式平台最大的特点就是大部分浮体没于水面以下,占有很小比重的水线面,它又称立柱稳定式平台。由于其在波浪上的运动响应较小,因此得以在海洋平台领域中得到很大的发展,再加上近几年海洋开发方向逐渐从浅水扩展为深水,半潜式平台的应用显然将会日益增多,如今海洋领域的大部分设施设备都与半潜式平台密切相关。
本文采用DNV规范的SESAM软件对半潜式海洋平台进行了平台总体强度分析计算,主要内容有:
(1)简单地介绍了半潜式平台以及研究平台所需要的关键技术;
(2)通过对平台主尺度以及材料的参数确定,建立半潜式平台的有限元模型;
(3)对建好的半潜式平台进行分析计算,采用Postresp模块建立长期预报;
(4)用设计波参数设计组合工况,并对平台进行结构有限元分析;
(5)按照许用应力衡准对半潜式平台进行总体强度分析与校核。
最终认为此平台在应力分布上是合格的,只不过存在许多需要注意的高应力集中位置,如上部结构中上甲板的月池角隅处、下甲板与立柱连接处以及立柱与下浮体连接处。在实际工程中要留意这些位置,消除一切安全隐患。

Abstract:Semi submersible platform,as the name suggests is half of the platform potential below the surface of the mobile platform, it is worth mentioning that it is actually sitting on the bottom of the platform evolved. The biggest characteristic of the semi submersible platform is that most of the floating bodies are below the surface of the water, which occupies a small proportion of the water surface. Because of its smaller response in wave motion, so that it can get great development in the field of offshore platform, coupled with the recent years marine development direction gradually extended to shallow water from deep water, the application of semi submersible platform will obviously increase, now most of the facilities and equipment in the field of marine and semi submersible platforms are closely related. Taking into account the semi submersible platform in the field of marine development occupies a huge proportion.
In this paper, the DNV standard SESAM software is used to analyze and calculate the overall strength of semi submersible offshore platform:
(1) The key technologies of semi submersible platform and research platform are briefly introduced;
(2) The finite element model of semi submersible platform is established through the determination of the main scale of the platform and the parameters of the material;
(3) Analyze and calculate the completed semi submersible platform, and establish long-term forecast with Postresp module;
(4) Design the combined working condition with the design wave parameter, and carry on the structural finite element analysis to the platform;
(5) According to allowable stress criterion, the overall strength analysis and verification of semi submersible platform are carried out.
Concluded that this platform is qualified in the stress distribution, but there are many need to pay attention to the high stress concentration position, such as the moon pool at the corner of the upper structure in the upper deck lower deck and column joints and column and pontoon connections. In actual projects, pay attention to these locations and eliminate all potential safety hazards.
