不同水体中农药甲基对硫磷表面增强拉曼光谱研究

摘 要:表面增强拉曼散射技术(surface-enhanced Raman scattering, SERS) 可实现实时、原位探测,而且反应灵敏,数据处理简单,准确率高,是非常强有力的痕量检测工具。其在材料分析、生物、医学、食品安全、环境监测和国家安全等领域得到了广泛应用。本文利用倾斜生长法制备具有SERS功能的银纳米棒阵列基底,并将其应用于高毒农药甲基对硫磷的检测。结果表明,甲基对硫磷特征峰主要位于1254、1329 cm-1处,其SERS光谱在常温下随着时间的推移发生明显变化,而不同浓度甲基对硫磷的SERS光谱表现出特征峰强度随浓度的线性变化,该方法的检出限可达1mg/L。此外,银纳米棒阵列基底可对自来水、池水、湖水、河水四种水体中甲基对硫磷的残留进行定性及定量检测,测得的检出限分别为3 mg/L,3 mg/L,1 mg/L,1mg/L。该研究证实了SERS技术可应用于甲基对硫磷在水体中残留的分析,为有机磷农药残留的检测提供了一种新的科学方法和技术手段。

Study of the Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy of Pesticide Methyl Parathion in Different Waters

Abstract:Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) can realize real-time, in-situ detection, and it is sensitive, simple in data processing, and high in accuracy. It is a very powerful trace detection tool. It has been widely used in materials analysis, biology, medicine, food safety, environmental monitoring and national security. In this paper, the silver nanorod array substrate with SERS function was prepared by tilting growth method, and it was applied to the detection of methyl parathion in highly toxic pesticides. The results showed that the characteristic paraffin peaks of methyl parathion were mainly located at 1254 and 1329 cm-1. The SERS spectrum changed significantly with time at room temperature, while the SERS spectra of methyl parathion showed distinctive peaks at different concentrations. The linear variation of intensity with concentration, the detection limit of this method can reach 1 mg/L. In addition, the silver nanorod array substrate can qualitatively and quantitatively detect the residues of methyl parathion in tap water, pond water, lake water and river water. The detection limits were 3 mg/L, 3 mg/L, and 1 mg/L, 1 mg/L. The study confirmed that SERS technology can be applied to the analysis of methyl parathion residues in water, providing a new scientific method and technical means for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues.
