摘要：本研究目的在于构建初三、高三学生的人格特质与疲劳之间的关系模型。研究方法：问卷调查所获数据采用探索性因素分析、独立样本t检验、相关分析及验证性因素分析的方法进行统计处理。结论：不同的人格特质对于个体的疲倦状态影响不同，具体而言，外向性的个体疲倦水平相对而言较低，神经质则预测负性主题的谈话内容，具有较高的疲劳水平。建议：我们应该充分考虑到不同人格特质对疲劳的影响并给出相对应的解决方案，针对神经质人格特质水平较高的初三、高三学生的学习疲劳问题，家长、教师、同学等都应该给予更多的支持以提升其自尊水平以降低疲劳感。 55934

Abstract: the purpose of this study is to model of the relationship  between personality traits and fatigue, construction grade of senior high school students. Research method: the questionnaire survey data obtained using exploratory factor analysis, analysis of independent samples t test, correlation analysis and confirmatory statistical processing. Conclusion: different personality traits for inpidual fatigue effects of different, in particular, extraversion inpiduals tired at a relatively low level, the conversation neuroticism predicted negative theme, with a higher level of fatigue. Suggestion: we should give full consideration to the solution to the effects of fatigue and give corresponding to different personality traits, learning fatigue problems in neuroticism, higher levels of junior high school students, parents, teachers, students should give more support to improve the level of self-esteem in order to reduce the fatigue feeling.
