摘要如今工程项目建设的风险管理越来越受到人们的重视，尤其是作为承包商这一关键角色，在投标过程中所进行的投标风险管理则显得至关重要。由于一些客观的经济条件，历史条件和人文条件，目前我国对工程项目的投标风险管理的研究相对于国外来说还是比较薄弱的。因此本文将尝试在对工程项目风险管理的概念、投标风险识别进行全面阐述、分析述评的基础上，再根据工程项目投标的各个不同阶段提出相对应的投标风险识别方法和措施，同时结合相关风险管理案例来进行更为直观明了的分析，最后提出承包商进行投标风险管理的相关政策建议。因此，加强对工程项目投标阶段中的风险分析评估与研究，对提高我国工程建设的项目风险管理和投标风险管理水平，具有非常重要的长远的现实意义。最终建立完整的投标风险管理体系，从根本上降低各种风险因素对承包商在投标阶段的影响，从而避免不必要的损失。51599
