摘要:近年来在各高校中,由于各类情绪困扰而产生的心理障碍甚至导致危机事件的案例呈现出不断上升的趋势,严重影响着大学生正常的生活、学习及发展。因此,帮助他们及时有效地化解这些困扰对于大学生的健康成长非常重要。本论文通过对山西地区5所高校200名在校大学生进行问卷调查发现,大学生常见的情绪困扰有:自卑怯懦、厌学、情绪波动大、焦虑、爱情苦恼、其他情绪困扰。通过对若干名大学生进行深入访谈发现,大学生情绪困扰的产生有三大原因:心理、生理和社会因素。基于此,本文根据问卷调查和深入访谈结果,提出大学生常见的几种情绪调节方法,如宣泄法、转移注意力、改变认知等。7013

College students' emotional disturbance and its control method research
Abstract: In recent years, all kinds of psychological barriers lead to the emotional distress and even crisis case show was a rising trend in the universities, which affects the students' normal life, learning and development. Therefore, to help them solve the problem in a timely and effective way is important to the healthy growth of college students. This article based on the questionnaire survey to 200 college students of 5 universities of Shanxi region found that , college students' common emotional distress contains: low self-esteem cowardice, disgusted, mood swings, anxiety and other emotional distress, love, pain. Several in-depth interviews found that college students' emotional distress has three big reasons: psychological, physiological and social factors. Based on this, according to the result of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, this paper puts forward a few kinds of common college students emotion regulation methods, such as catharsis, pert attention, change cognition, etc.
